This method is accomplished by drilling a patter of dime-sized holes through the sunken slab. A pressurized injection system of polyurethan foam is shot underneath the slab to acheive the lift. The holes are then patched and the slab is able to bare weight right away!

Ideally, concrete should last as long as your home. However, some conditions can cause it to crack, settle or discolor. Rather than ripping it out completely and starting over you can save up to 70% by having it repaired. Assessing the structural integrity of the existing concrete with a professional is the first step to ensure that this is a viable option. If the issue is settingling often times the problem can be remedied with a polyurethane lift.

If the cracks and holes are greater than 1/4" then resurfacing your concrete may be a better option. Resurfacing will allow you to add a decorative finish if we wish such as stamping or coloring. Your driveway will appear new without the expense of ripping it out and replacing it entirely.
